Pengaruh Sikap Dan Kompetensi Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Camat Suwawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes and work competencies on the quality of public services at the Office of Camat Suwawa, Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Quantitative approach is defined as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The number of samples in this study were 38 people. The method of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that attitude had a significant effect on the quality of public services, while work competence had an effect on the quality of public services, but not significantly. However, the positive direction of influence indicates that the higher the employee's work competence, the higher the quality of public services. In addition, attitudes and work competencies simultaneously/together have a significant effect on the quality of public services. Partially, attitude has the most dominant influence, and work competence does not significantly affect the quality of public services at the Office of Camat Suwawa, Bone Bolango Regency.
