Hubungan Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Banggai Laut

Abstract
The research is in the Social Service of Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi Province with the object of research being education and training for employees in the social service. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the relationship between education and training for employees at the Social Service of Banggai Laut Regency is. The method used and applied in this research is through a quantitative approach with a descriptive presentation. The results of this study are the magnitude of the simultaneous influence between education and training (X) on employee performance (Y) is quite strong, with a Fcount value of 8.358 and a significant 0.011 < 0.05, with a simultaneous relationship of 0.581 and a probability of 0.00572 < 0, 05 and the contribution of the contribution of the relationship is 0.5812 x 100% = 33.80 or 34% this shows a low level of relationship. Although low, it has a good regression equation, with Ŷ = α + β. X = 8.358 + 0.0601.(X). This means that the current value of employee performance is 8.358 and if there is an addition (+) then it increases with an effect of 0.0601.
