OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

  1. JOURNAL OWNERSHIP

Journal Owner: Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo.

Ownership pertains strictly to the journal as an academic publishing enterprise. Copyright of individual published articles remains with the author(s), and public reuse terms are governed under the journal’s Copyright and License Policy.

  1. OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Hulondalo Jurnal Ilmu Pemerintahan dan Ilmu Komunikasi (HJIPIK) is published under the auspices of Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo, which provides publishing administration, Open Journal Systems (OJS) hosting, server maintenance, and digital dissemination support.

Day-to-day manuscript processing and editorial operations are independently managed by the Managing Editor and the editorial team. Roles, manuscript-handling workflows, and editorial authorities are executed strictly on the basis of academic merit.

  1. ORGANIZATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY & EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

The publisher ensures the continuous provision of technical infrastructure and operational resources necessary for sustainable publishing.

Organizational ownership does not confer authority upon the publisher, faculty, or university leadership to intervene in manuscript evaluations. Editorial authority resides exclusively with the Editor-in-Chief and handling editors. Publication decisions are determined solely by scholarly significance, peer-review outcomes, and ethical compliance.

The institutional affiliations listed beside the names of editors and reviewers represent their respective academic and professional appointments. They do not imply institutional ownership, management, or endorsement of HJIPIK by those external entities. Formal collaborations or institutional partnerships, if any, will be explicitly disclosed.

Any substantive modifications to the publishing body, editorial governance, or operational management will be updated transparently on this page with the effective date recorded.
